Lady Captain’s Address 2012
Ladies
I am honoured to be Lady Captain of Woodlands for 2012.
I look forward to a great year, and with your support to
represent Woodlands to the best of my ability.
In these austere times, my hope is that our Club can be an
oasis where we can socialise and relax, play some golf and
get away from the worries and cares of everyday life.
I would encourage all the Ladies to take part in as many
competitions as possible. Tuesday afternoons and
Wednesday mornings are when many ladies meet to play
and socialise. Perhaps you might enter Inter Club
Competitions. Notices for these and other events will be
posted in the Ladies Locker Room. Above all let us be
positive this year.
To Liam our Men’s Captain have a successful and enjoyable year.
To our Junior Captain Conor best of luck in the coming year.
To the Pitch & Putt Captains Noel & Sheila every success in
the coming year.
A big thank you to my wonderful Ladies Committee who put
great time and effort into organising events for Lady Members.
The Motto for my Captaincy is A Positive Attitude By All
Members to Promote Woodlands as a Great Club.
